Retreat comprises two exquisitely designed 2-storey luxury constructions—the ‘apartment’ and the ‘villa’. The property spans 200m² and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. Set amidst 2,000m² of lush surroundings, ample parking spaces, and expansive outdoor areas ensure a seamless experience.

Upon entering the ground floor of the villa, guests are greeted by a spacious living room adorned with a plush 4-seater sofa and inviting armchairs. Adjacent lies the elegant dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for culinary adventures. Additionally, a convenient WC is located on this level.

Descending to Level -1, guests will find bedroom #1 boasting its own bathroom with a rejuvenating shower, a 42″ TV, and the flexibility of either a KING SIZE BED or 2 SINGLE BEDS. An additional WC with shower and a room housing a washer and dryer complete this level.

Ascending to Level +1, the first floor of the villa unveils bedroom #2 with its en-suite bathroom, featuring a shower, a 42″ TV, and a sumptuous KING SIZE BED. Next door, bedroom #3 offers similar luxurious amenities, ensuring unparalleled comfort for guests. A staircase from bedroom #3 leads to the attic, where a cozy KING SIZE BED awaits in room #4.

Across the courtyard lies the Apartment, boasting its own set of luxurious amenities. On the ground floor, guests will find a welcoming living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and bedroom #5 with its en-suite bathroom.

Ascending to Level +1, the first floor of the Apartment unveils bedroom #6, complete with an en-suite bathroom, a 42″ TV, and the option of a KING SIZE BED or 2 SINGLE BEDS.

Both the Villa and the Apartment feature private pools—32m² for the Villa and 16m² for the Apartment—providing refreshing retreats for guests to unwind and soak up the Mediterranean sun.

Akrotiri is an area for outdoor adventures with interesting walks literally everywhere. Great ravines in the mountains flow into the sea forming beautiful little coves. Several mountains have caves with rocks, stalagmites, and stalactites in fascinating shapes. Archaeological and historical evidence suggest that the caves were used as sacred places of worship and refuge from pirates.

While parts of the coast are cliffs, there are several beautiful beaches in sheltered bays. The most famous beaches are Marathi, Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros. Stavros is also known for the beach scenes in the movie Zorba the Greek.
