Villa Azurevista is situated in the picturesque village of Tersanas, just 14 km from Chania city. This exquisite villa offers breathtaking views of the endless blue of the Cretan Sea, Thodorou islet, Chania’s northern coastline, and the majestic White Mountains. Designed to provide complete privacy, guests can indulge in tranquillity, comfort, and luxury in this fully staffed villa. Spanning a vast private estate of 50,000 sq.m, the property is surrounded by lush greenery, including trees, vineyards, melon patches, over 600 palm trees, and a vibrant array of flowers.

Outdoor Area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor space features various areas for relaxation. Fully fenced with a gated entrance, Villa Azurevista ensures security and complete privacy for guests. A private downhill road leads to the sea, where a smooth boat ramp provides easy access for snorkeling or swimming. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a swim in the villa’s private 70 sq.m pool. Children will delight in their dedicated play area with a small playground and basketball court. As the sun sets and paints the sky, the outdoor areas and balconies provide breathtaking views for an unforgettable experience.

The outdoor amenities include a fully equipped barbecue area, a dining table, furnished spots with sunbeds and chairs for relaxation, and ample parking space.

Interior Space
Villa Azurevista spans 450 sq.m across three floors, comfortably accommodating 11 guests in 5 bedrooms. The interior is furnished with carefully chosen pieces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Spacious rooms bathed in natural light offer stunning views. The main entrance, located on the middle (pool) floor, opens into a bright open-plan area featuring a large living room with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a satellite HDTV, an indoor dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality fixtures. This floor also has a WC and a spacious veranda with spectacular views.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower and hydromassage, double sinks, and two separate balconies with scenic views. The second bedroom features a small double bed and a private balcony, while the third bedroom has two single beds, a loft with a small double bed, and a private balcony. A second bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and double sinks is also on this floor. All bedrooms include individually controlled A/C, mattress toppers, and bathroom amenities, with towels provided for both the bathroom and pool.

The lower floor can serve as an independent apartment with a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining and seating area opens onto the garden and barbecue space. This floor includes two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both with garden access. Additionally, this level has a gym with various fitness equipment, a sauna, and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Akrotiri is an area for outdoor adventures with interesting walks literally everywhere. Great ravines in the mountains flow into the sea forming beautiful little coves. Several mountains have caves with rocks, stalagmites, and stalactites in fascinating shapes. Archaeological and historical evidence suggest that the caves were used as sacred places of worship and refuge from pirates.

While parts of the coast are cliffs, there are several beautiful beaches in sheltered bays. The most famous beaches are Marathi, Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros. Stavros is also known for the beach scenes in the movie Zorba the Greek.
