Enjoy the 40 sq.m. swimming pool, surrounded by loungers with breathtaking views. Beside the pool, you’ll find a spacious outdoor dining area with a large table and barbecue, perfect for al fresco meals. Children can play in the nearby playground, complete with a slide, swings, and climbing structure, all designed with safety in mind. The property also features a basketball court for active fun. A private downhill path leads to the sea, offering a smooth boat ramp for easy snorkeling or swimming access. Ample parking is also provided.

Marevista spans three exquisitely designed levels, covering 300 sq.m., and accommodates 10 guests in five bedrooms. The main entrance on the middle floor leads to a spacious living area with cozy sofas, satellite HDTV, and a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. This floor also includes a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen separated by a bar, and a WC.

The first floor houses three bedrooms. The master suite features a double bed, an en suite bathroom with a hydro massage tub, and two balconies with scenic views. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each and private balconies. This floor also has another bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub. All bedrooms have individual A/C and plush mattress toppers, and towels for both the pool and bathrooms are provided.The lower floor offers another living room with leather sofas, a dining set, a fully equipped kitchen, and two more bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both facing the garden. This level also has a WC with a bathtub and a separate entrance, providing autonomy if needed.

Akrotiri is an area for outdoor adventures with interesting walks literally everywhere. Great ravines in the mountains flow into the sea forming beautiful little coves. Several mountains have caves with rocks, stalagmites, and stalactites in fascinating shapes. Archaeological and historical evidence suggest that the caves were used as sacred places of worship and refuge from pirates.

While parts of the coast are cliffs, there are several beautiful beaches in sheltered bays. The most famous beaches are Marathi, Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros. Stavros is also known for the beach scenes in the movie Zorba the Greek.
